I am feeling shaky type and sometime i feel that my brain is just going to off.i am having light pain in turning my neck.

hi.. dear i just wana know some more ques regardng your complaint ....? is there any stiffness in neck ..? may be u r suffrng frm spondylitis...in first stage.. adv...do sum exercise..
