I am feeling restless after drinking a glass of water .It's creating so much gas and I'm having congestion in my chest.

Symptoms are quite unlikely.  However gas and bloating may be seen in some. Anxiety may precipitate things. Do you have pain or difficulty while drinking?? Vomiting?
