Feeling pain at left Eye bottom eyelid

Since afternoon I am feeling pain in left Eye bottom eyelid. Although eyes were somewhat eachy since last couple of days. I was using herbal eyedrop itone since last 2-3 days. No inflamation no redness till now. Medical history: 1.5 year back I was under medication for retinal inflamation (retinal vasculities) which has been treated.

If it is pain in eyelids it could be upcoming stye, which is very common these days. Do lot of warm compress and start antibiotic eyedrop for example vigamox 4 times a day. Review in caseit does not resolve
