Feeling nauseous after taking Dronis 30

I have been recently diagnosed with PCOS. I am 22 years old and I'm overweight (80 kgs). I was prescribed with Dronis 30 and Glychiphage 500. It's been two days since I have started taking the dosages and already feeling nauseous persistently with mild headache. What should I do?
