Feeling low, unmotivated, depressive

2017-11-06 23:10:03
I have visited pyscologist as well as pyscotherapist. Also been on medications for clinical depression. Was very happy to hear when my psychotherapist said I don't need to come visit her and I don't need to take the medicine anymore. But I am feeling this imbalance again, I feel very low and demotivated, I am considering regressive hypnosis.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately.
