Sometimes i feels like something is walking in my ear and ear itching also. No history of ear pain and discharge and i also done my PTA & Immitiance audiometery it was all normal.

Sure that u got those tests done on advice of ENT so otoendoscoy is also done n drums r normal. Detail history n followup is required. I advice continue follow up with ENT Specialist. Problem will settle down.
