Feeling like lump in my throat

It's been 25 days that i m feeling like something got stuck in my throat but i m having my food without any problem n i m feeling my heart beat sometimes...ecg is normal... Serum Electrolytes normal....All it started when I suddenly got up in the mid night and started feeling my heartbeat and from then everyday I m feeling discomfort in my throat and chest part... Is this any serious issue or any anxiety attack?

From your history, it's seems more like a anxiety issue. Since you are able to swallow good without problem, I suppose morning to worry.
