There is some feeling like I am carrying some weight on my heart. When I wake up, it's OK..But when i do some thing..I feel the weigh on my heart

Though cardiac problems are unlikely at ur age..but your Symptoms are very typical of cardiac problem.. dont ignore.. do ECHO and TMT both.
