Feeling heaviness in chest from 10 days.

Feeling heaviness in chest from 10 days... Dr said Ecg is normal.. What can i do. Few months ago eco done that was normal too... And on my ecg i read mild left axis deviation....please guide me do I need any further investigation. I attached ecg

ECG is alright. If echo done is also normal, no major cardiac issues.
