Feeling giddiness since 14 days

My age is 28 yrs, I am a male. I got Covid right after my 2nd dose of vaccine and recovered after 13 days, and now from 3rd of May I feel like giddiness even while sleeping. I have been taking vertin for 6 days feeling 50% improvement. I feel my head is rotating but not the objects, I can feel the rotation even while lying down on bed. What are cause is it post covid effect or else

It could be post covid vestibulitis , which has been reported. You would need to be examined by a neurologist
