Feeling down 3-4 hours after lunch

I am a working professional, I am feeling low energy, less tendancy to work or study after every lunch even though I am not sleepy. Lunch normally include  wheat/ rice, lentils and some green and cooked vegetable / meat. How it can be minimised?
