I caught my wife with extra marital affair and from then I am unable to consantrat on my work or personal life. Unable to trust her now and even the same things going on in my mind whole day. I try to forget , however things around me related to it and my mind rewind everything what can I do now ? Sometime I feel to do suicide. 4 years son we ha
