Feeling depressed and sad suddenly durin

Currently, I am in 19th week of pregnancy. Suddenly from last week I started experiencing sadness, lack of interest in the activities in which I usually enjoy, negative thoughts, lack of concentration in doing any activities, sometimes hopeless. Sometimes I feel okay, sometimes I startes feeling above symptoms. I don't have any family or personal problem. I am on complete bed rest since last 3.5 month due to high risk pregnancy. But why I started experiencing this all of sudden I don't know. I want to come back to my normal happy life. Is it common during pregnancy? How will i overcome the current situation.

You are stressed because of high risk pregnancy. Try meditation and consult a psychologist.
