your symptoms are suggestive of acute infection of your sinuses known as acute rhinosinusitis you need to take a course of antibiotics, decongestant tablets and nasal drops as well as anti histamine tablets. for headache you can take any routine pain killer also do regular steam inhalations you should be fine with these steps
