Feeling Breathless

Feeling Breathless since 2-3 days. No difficulty or congestion while breathing, but feeling lack of oxygen. More when lying down. I am taking Efnocar 40 and Concor 5 for hypertension. An Echo taken 3 years back atteched here. Could this be due to Concor? Kindly guide.
