Kindly do a self rating test of anxiety disorder like Zung's self rating anxiety scale which you can easily find online and if its suggestive of anxiety disorder consult a psychiatrist in person for detailed evaluation and treatment.
Besides meditation daily for at least half an hour in the morning helps you relax and eases your anxiety. Breath restructuring at the time of panic episode is helpful. Avoid caffienated drinks.
