I'm feeling cold/airy in my left hand , chest  since morning 4:00 am. I also feeling same right shoulder. There is no pain. I'm slept on hard / tiles floor last 3-4 days.I also sitting 6 hrs daily on laptop due to which feeling uncomfortable..some time back pain Please suggest .

You may have developed spondylosis like condition in your cervical(neck) spines. Take heat fomentation (sikaaii) on your back and raise your legs while lying down on your back

Take Paracetamol (650) --- 1 tab 6 hrly for 2days. I should be relieved.
