Shortness of breath and swollen feet. Not able to do daily routines. And mostly sitting with neck down not lifting the neck. Did 2 d echocardiogram which showed signs of heart failure. She is been given some diuretics that reduced some swelling in her feet but shortness of breath is not going away.
Hi. Heart failure needs many other medications along with diuretics. Reduced salt and fluid intake also essential part of treatment. Patient needs evaluation for the cause of heart failure and so specific treatment options can be used.
