Feeling a little pain above anus.

For a few days I am feeling a little pain just above my anal area. I sit for long hours as I work from home. It hurts when I sit on floor or chair. No issues with my stool and no digestive issues that I am aware of. Not sure how to begin the treatment for this issue. Any advice would be nice.
