Feel very small bump under my right side jaw and this was facing more than six years , I already wither check about this and said some eating food particles are stored in lymph cause having that small bump and suggest no need for surgery and some medicine to take for a week but it never get fixed i still feel when I place my finger under jaw in same position with same very small size since I noticed but I ever had any pain in that surrounding area till now. Do I need to concern about this or shall I leave it as it is.
