Feel something between skin and testicle

I feel something between the scrotum and testicles and I feel like it is getting bigger. No pain when touching it. Is this normal or do I need a checkup?

Plz do usg of scrotum, and i need detail history for further evaluation. In addition to that get done wid cbc test.

If you feel no pain, please see if it feels like a bag of worms? Also see if reduces when you lie down on your back and after lifting your legs for few minutes. Have you done any recent heavy weight lifting? Do you feel both the testicles when you examine.

Since how long u have it?..How is its size when u cough?..r u able to get above that swelling?.. What is the exact size of it?... Better to have a check up once..
