Feel sleepy while focusin

I wear specs..from 1 yr i m having a problem in my classroom and whenever i focus on distance object i start feeling sleepy ... But if i stops seeing the blackboard i start feeling normal.. at first i thought the reason becs i m not getting enough sleep but its not the case.. so what should i do consult a doctor ?

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You should have mentioned your specs power. Since how long have you been wearing the spectacles? When was the last time you went for power check? I would suggest you consult a ophthalmologist in person for eye check up and take  a cap. Absolut 3g once a day after food for a month.  Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
