When I am not busy working ans sitting idle specially when trying to go to sleep at night, I feel like I need to pee and feel there is little pee at the tip of my penis but when I go and pee, only little comes out. Please note I have no other symptoms, no pain, nothing. Can you kindly suggest or guide me please? I remember I used to have this same feeling once or twice in the past but it goes away.
