Feel dizzy when eyes closed and lying

I feel dizzy when I lie down and close my eyes. It happens more when I am on one side (right), and I sometimes wake up with a slight jerk or hand movement. My BP and sugar levels are fine. Had an eyesight issue, got it checked and recently got glasses for a 0.5 power. It is difficult to sleep at night as this keeps happening. I had mild cervical issue last year. Can this be due to the same recurring? If I have to, which specialist should I consult?
