Hello dr sarthak Nanda not feel breathless but I feel my shoulder are quiet heavy...like niddle pain in my right triceps..and this is happening from last few months not daily it's happening on occasion

Do you work out? Also needle pain well is it sharp and disappearing or is it consistently there?
