A good and healthy weight gain is,double of birth weight at 5 months and triple at 1 year of age.
Anything grossly deviant from this needs diet or intake modifications.
Give her ONLY milk feeds,preferably yours at a gap of atleast 3 to 3-1/2 hour,but if she's asleep,don't wake her up for feeds.
Solids to be added ONLY when she's 6 months old,not before.
