4 months old baby...one week bak i got small white dot on my nipple....it es nt painful... Today i opened nd cleaned it no puss....but it is bleeding when my baby latches it...wat to do ? Whether i feed or not ?

If you are bleeding from your nipple you probably are having a cracked nipple or there s some infection. Take a course of antibiotics and dont feed from that side. However express the milk and discard
