Hi My baby is 4 months old and he is on top feed since day one. From past few weeks he is sleeping in a stretch for 8hrs and not demanding milk, in a day time he takes 650-700ml. Is that normal and milk is sufficient? His weight is 6.6kg.

Since the baby is 4 months old, it is better to continue feeding once in every 2-3 hours . That being said baby’s can sometimes sleep at a stretch for long .
Next Steps
Monitor the urine output / activity
Health Tips
Consult paediatrician for better understanding

Based on the history given it looks like a demand feeding behaviour. What happens is after certain age babies start taking feeds on their demand, that means they manage their feed timings , sometimes can cluster feed every hourly for sometime and there after might go for a longer nap without sleep. Having said that this can not be generalised to every baby, each baby has a different behaviour. Most important thing to do now is to keep a watch on number of times your baby passing the urine, and weight gain. If both of these are satisfactory then you can have a reassurance for yourself.
Next Steps
If this is started recently ,better to have a wellness visit with a paediatrician or a neonatologist.

If the baby thriving well, sleep 2-3 hour after feeding , passing urine 8 times in a day, then nothing to worry
Next Steps
try to give feeding by katori and spoon instead of bottle

Hello. As the baby grows older the sleep cycle starts to synchronise with that of the adults in the house. However 700ml milk per day is less quantity.
Next Steps
The recommended quantity of milk intake for his age is around 1-1.5 litres per day. So I suggest you start increasing the quantities gradually pf the milk intake.
Health Tips
If your baby develops any symptoms like vomiting or constipation, do visit a Paediatrician for physical examination. Also keep a track of your baby’s weight gain as this is the single most effective measure of your child’s growth.
