May i start feeding a boiled egg to my 9.5 months old(he is a preterm born at 35 weeks)? What can i give to my baby boy to increase his immunity in this situation?

Hi, White of egg can be allergenic So start with yellow portion of egg eggwhite can be given after 1 year To increase immunity, give normal diet Include Fruits and vegetables to the diet Practice strict hygiene
