I'm a 25 year old man suffering from something more common in the elderly. In plain English, I HAVE LITTLE TO NO CONTROL over my bowl movement before and after I feel like using the bathroom. I can't control the urge at all. I soil my boxers lightly, it starts to smell bad, its worse if im sitting down. In fact i cant sit down for to long because for some reason i start involuntary soiling my boxers and then the smell of feces....IS SO STRONG. It smells like I crapped my self. But no urges...
