Fearing about Heart stroke

Dear sir , My age is 24 Working as production engineer in a 2 wheeler Company.Everyday I will walk almost 10000steps. From last 2 months  I am afraiding that I may get Heart attack .As everytime ,everyday I am thinking that only . Completely Afraiding day by day .Not even Going Bike ride also with that fear. Please help me sir.
