Hello doc, I have a fear of forgetting since some years. But the problem has become more since some month's. I constantly think about the recent past if I have forgotten anything and involuntarily move my fingers. I had recently taken Taloprex tabs but had side effects. Kindly advise what is the best way to overcome...

Hello, Considering your age and the kind of symptoms that you have described, it seems like your forgetfulness is more psychological . Sometimes anxiety can interfere with registration of memories and cause difficulties in recollection. Please get yourself evaluated in detail by a psychiatrist so that the specific cause can be identified and the treatment suggested.
