Anxiety can manifest physical symptoms like chest pain, pressure, and numbness in the extremities. Mindfulness and breathing exercises, like box breathing, can help you manage anxiety and reduce the physical symptoms you're experiencing. Try to focus on the present moment and use deep breathing techniques to calm your mind and body. Writing down your thoughts and feelings in a notes app helps you understand and process your anxiety. If your symptoms persist or worsen, I strongly recommend seeking professional help. Therapy can provide you with coping strategies and techniques to manage your anxiety effectively. We offer online therapy sessions at Mind Sculpt, and our team can help you address and manage your anxiety in a supportive and understanding environment.
