Hello Dear Jr Gods, 1) I have gastric problem last two years now i am getting pains boths sides of stomach 2) I have foot pain last one year 3) last six months i am getting waitloss 4) my body is having heat every time in a day since last 3 months I am feeling These are causes to colon or stomach cancers and frinds also telling like that . so Pleas

Hi dear, you are too young to have this problems and definitely this are not sign and symptoms of cancer.  You need a evaluation which is not possible in this forum.Have you done any blood investigation or any scan , if yes then if you could upload that will help me in soothing or your problem
