What ever power/ functionality is gained in 2 years remains as such amd recovery beyond 2yrs is highly unlikely.
In this case- It appears that Pudendal nerve / sphlanchnic nerves are involved. S2-S5 nerve roots
Management is complex and mostly multidisciplinary
