My liver is grade 2 fatty so pls prescribe me some medicine so that fatty liver be normal and weight is 107 kg height 6 ft

Fatty liver means fat deposits in liver. It happens because of obesity. The main treatment of it is diet and exercise. Loose weight. Avoid animal source foods including milk. Plant based diet.
