Iam 27 years old male. 5 months before I have taken liver function  test and ultrasound and the result came as grade 1 fatty liver diesase..and the doctor advised me it's normal just quit alcohol  alone..as per her advice I quitted alcohol .till now I have not faced any major problem in my body and its not affecting my day to day life. But sometimes I can realize  a small mild prick in my right side of my stomach exactly where the liver is located and recently  two months before I started to face a kind of seborrheic dermatitis  which means seeing dandruff on my scalp and my beard too,is that related  anything  to liver?.is my liver getting damaged slowly im too much worried due to this .getting into depression and anxiety.. what I need to do now ..please  some one help me..
