I had diagnosed with fatty liver grade 2 in routine ultrasound any treatment to recover from it meanwhile I am  using liv52 syrup 10 ml twice a day .. please suggest

Please reduce your weight atleast by 10%, if you are over weight. Kindly get your LFT done.
