Fatty liver

Hi, Age 37 weight 80 height 5.10" Recently I have gone through LFT test and report was bilrubin total 0.31 bilrubin direct 1.8 sgpt 94 sgot 44. Gone through ultrasound as well which indicates my liver is fatty.. How much serious is the problem and do i have to start medication for it. Please advice. Thanks.

As per your report you have to take medicine to get normal values of sgpt and sgot.. As  it  indicates liver metabolism is  not  proper.u have reduce your weight to 68-70kg.. And  about fatty liver.. There will mild /grade 1/2/3.u might have mild changes.. It can  be  treatable. U can  follow some home remedies as per below advise for 20days .

For the height of 5.1 weight of 80 kg is more. Since you are fat your liver will also be full of fat hence called fatty liver. Stop sugar. Stop processed food. Decrease carbohydrates. Lower oil consumption. High protein and fibre diet.
