I have grd2 fatty liver with high alt:95, ast:50, ggt:55. With high cholesterol : 282, hdl:62,no diabetes, virial screening negative,kft normal,ths t3 t4 normal. Stomach upper midle pain mildly to modrate. How to cure. Is it reversible? Kindly help.

Yes reversible, Cholesterol needs to be controlled. Diet needs to be modified.  What is your BMI. Are you Obese? Meet an obesity specialist
