Fatty liver grade 3..

Recently I have diagnosed by fatty liver grade 3 by fibroscan...but in abdomen ultrasound it was grade 1 fatty liver ..in fibroscan values are 307 and 4.6 median with iqr 8%..which doctor to see gastroenterology or medicine.. currently I am treating with medicine department..my age 36..I am an alcoholic..
