Fatigue and pain from a week.

I am feeling extreme fatigue while doing any work. And severe body pain after sleeping from a week. My eyes keep dizzy. Also my period is delayed by 4 days and am single. I thought its common but then its been a week and fatigue and bodyache is increasing. Please suggest if its minor or anything severe. What shall i do to lessen it. Taking food and everything on time. Trying to sleep as much i can but usually i dont get sleep in ni8 early. Please suggest.

Some stress  or systemic illness could be the reason. Need more history , evaluation n some routine blood test as well.
