From birth i have good health but last few year i got too much fat specially on tummy.so that my waist size increased and..that's why no dress looks good on me as usual happen for fatty person.now i m doing job almost sitting work whole day...with busy schedule.so that fat increasing..specially on tummy. So plz..suggest exercise..or some..natural treatment that can i do at home...or diet.
