Hi Doctor, while measuring fasting sugar, should the diabetes medicine be consumed first and after 30min the fasting sugar to be measured or it should be done without taking medicine?

Whenever going for diabetes blood check up usually are must free ftom food as well as medicines. Fasting then after lunch 2 hrs which is called post parandial (pp)
