My wife fasting sugar  is always around 95 but pp after 2 hr is 105 around after 2 hr her hba1c is 4.9 insulin fasting is 5.7uu/ml sometimes in night her sugar goes up 140 mg/dl around 1 am  she is 33 year old her bmi is 20 is this a matter to worry
