Faster healing of wounds

I got a very minor would which was a result of scratching a pimple which itched in my leg. I need it to heal ASAP as I would prefer to continue preparing for my swimming competition. Please recommend the medicines and ointments.

instead of antibiotics, boost your immune system 1. high doses of vitamin c ( 500mg TID) 2. vitamin d ( 6000 iu per day with magnesium and zinc) 3. turmeric ( 2 spoon morning and 2 in evening in warm water)
