From last 4 days i am suffering from fever, too much dry cough and a stuffy nose. And my heartbeat is too fast when relaxing.

What you have is an upper respiratory tract infection also known as throat infection which need some antibiotics like Azithromycin 500mg once a day and Betadine mouth gargles for three to five days and steam inhalation thrice daily. Paracetamol 650 mg twice a day for 5 days Heart rate will settle down with fever.
