Hello i would like to ask you few questions. I have noticed recently that my hart starts beating fast and i get nervous in a second without doing anything. When i am sitting at my home doing nothing i will start panicking and my hart will srat beating fast. Sometimes when i am just doing nothing or anything my hart starts hurting me i have a weird pain in my chest area where i cant move or breath without having a pain. Thank you
