Hello, My 3.5-year-old child has been experiencing cough and cold and. As per the doctor's recommendation, we previously used Omnacortil and other cough medications. Additionally, over the past few months, he has been struggling with fluent speech, and his speech has become very hesitant and faltered. Can anyone guide me on how to help him overcome this situation?
