I have a history of chocolate cyst. But that was completely cured last year. This month i missed my period. Today on 31st day of cycle i tested positive pregnancy. But my doc says these symptoms of pregnancy which i am having is similar if i have urine infection or chocolate cyst. But last yaer when i had chocolate cyst i missed my period but pregnancy test was negative. I am very afraid. Please help me
